Participation in our Christmas Toy Drive is contingent upon adherence to all policies outlined below. This program is designed to serve as a supplemental form of assistance, and we strive to serve as many families as possible with available resources.

By submitting an application, you agree to the following terms:

1. Eligibility and Application Process

​

• Applicant Requirements: Applications will only be accepted from a biological parent or legal guardian of the children listed. We require valid proof of guardianship.

​

• No Third-Party Applications: To ensure fair practice and equitable distribution within the community, individuals may not apply for, register, or pick up gifts on behalf of a family member, friend, or neighbor.

• Age Requirements: Children between the ages of newborn and 8 years old are eligible to receive toys through this program.

2. Required Documentation and In-Person Pickup

​

• Identification: The applying parent or legal guardian must attach and present a valid government-issued photo ID, such as a Driver’s License, at the time of application and gift pickup. The name on the ID must match the name on the application.

• Mandatory Presence: To ensure fairness to the community and confirm eligibility, the registered parent or legal guardian plus each registered child must be physically present at the scheduled distribution time to receive the items. No exceptions will be made.

3. Gift Distribution and Guarantees

​

• No Guarantee of Approval or Specific Gifts: Submitting an application does not guarantee automatic approval or the receipt of gifts. All distributions are subject to available inventory, confirmation of eligibility, age appropriateness, and verification of all required documentation. Applications will be accepted until inventory is gone. Once gone, we will stop accepting applications.

• Inventory Limitations: We cannot guarantee specific toy types, brands, sizes, or colors. Items will be distributed at the discretion of the charity staff based strictly on available inventory and age appropriateness.

• Excluded Items: This program does not distribute expensive items, luxury goods, or electronic devices (e.g., phones, game consoles, laptops).

4. General Terms

​

• The charity reserves the right to verify all information provided and deny assistance if requirements are not met or if fraud is suspected. The organization maintains sole discretion over the final distribution of all toy donations.
